MOL Logistics (Netherlands) is immediately looking for a Customer Service Manager (fulltime), for the MCS department. Location Rotterdam.
As Customer Service Manager you are responsible for maximizing customer satisfaction MCS. You do this by optimizing the communication with and the service to this customer, before, during and after the shipment. You are able to keep the customer satisfied and on board, strengthen the cooperation and realize growth. You are responsible for increasing professionalism and efficiency. You make sure that the right information is recorded properly and that it reaches your operational colleagues within the MCS department.
Your focus is on properly preparing, taking care of and checking import files including related customs facilities and to act as a backup for the export files.
Besides the operational tasks, you are also responsible for the management of the MCS team, consisting of 2-3 people. Together with this team you will contribute to the growth of the customer MCS.
What do we ask?
- At least 2 years' proven professional experience in a similar position;
- Proven work experience in the logistics and/or forwarding industry;
- Managerial experience;
- Experience in commercial or sales activities is an advantage;
- Experience in the split function of operational and management tasks is an advantage.
