From collection to delivery: through the status notifications you will stay informed of all relevant shipment information. Besides this you will receive proactive updates from our Customer Service teams who monitor your shipments from start to finish. When they notice deviations or important issues, they will inform you immediately. This way action can be taken immediately is necessary.

Gain access to your client specific Track & Trace module
Clients who use the Track & Trace module receive a personal login code. With this unique customer-related access code you can login to our system. Then you can start immediately. Do you not have a code? Request this from your Account Manager or Customer Service team.
