Conditions MOL Logistics.

To maintain a good service, we find it important that our conditions are clarified beforehand. This way you know where you stand and what to expect from us as your forwarder and our services.

Simplicity is key.

In these conditions you find more information about our delivery and payment conditions. We use the so called ‘Logistic Service Conditions’ (LSV). These are developed by Transport en Logistiek Nederland (TLN) and forwarding organisation FENEX. The use of LSV offers many advantages: for you as customer and for us as logistic service provider. This way we can have uniformity in the logistics chain with just one set of conditions. Furthermore the conditions are more connected with the everyday practice. Simplicity is key.
