MOL Logistics, Co., Ltd. (MLG; President: Koichi Yashima; Headquarters: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo) announced today that MLG acquired treasury stock and became wholly owned subsidiary of Mitsui O.S.K. Lines, Ltd. (MOL; President & CEO: Takeshi Hashimoto) as of November 7, 2022.
